Terms of Delivery
Jk-Luistinhuolto Oy (business ID 3284097-9 ) sells products to both companies and private
persons who are of legal age. These terms of delivery are used when you order products from
the 2fastblade.com webshop.
These terms of delivery are valid from 31.7.2021. Note that we change the terms of delivery
from time to time, so make to sure check these terms every when you order products from our
Products and Prices
The features of products and prices are described on the product page.We might change prices
and delivery costs from time to time, so remember to always check the prices and delivery costs
from the shopping cart before you complete the order. The prices contain taxes which are
shown on the shopping cart and order confirmation.
The delivery costs of an order depends from the ordered products (for example. Weight,
required package, and so on) and selected delivery method. Delivery costs are added
automatically to the total price of the order. You can see the delivery costs on the shopping cart
before you complete the order.
You can order products by adding them to the shopping cart, completing your order, and paying
the order by using one of the supported payment methods. When you order products from our
webshop, we assume that you have read and accepted our terms of delivery. Also, you
understand that a completed contract creates a binding contract between us.
You can pay your order by using the payment methods visible on the shopping cart page.
Order and payment confirmation
After your order has been completed successfully, we will send an order confirmation to your
email address. If we cannot confirm your order for some unexpected reason, we will inform you
as soon as possible by sending you an email.
We will deliver your order by using the delivery method which you selected when you completed
The delivery time depends on the order and the selected delivery method. The most common
delivery time is 2-5 business days. The expected delivery times are described on the product
The return policy page describes your right of return which is guaranteed by the Finnish
consumer protection act.
Receiving an Order, Errors, and Problems
We ask you to check your order immediately after you have received it. If a product is missing,
was damaged during transportation, or doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us as soon as
possible so that we can solve your problem. Note that you must contact our customer support
within 14 days after receiving the order. If you are a customer, we will honor the fault liability
regulations of the Finnish consumer protection act.

JK-Luistinhuolto Oy does not assume liability for any direct or indirect damages related to an
order, a delivery or a product unless stated otherwise in the Finnish consumer protection act or
Settlement of Disputes
We aim to settle all disputes by negotiating with the customer. That’s why we ask you to contact
our customer support so we can solve your problem.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the
parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board
(www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board,
the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices' Consumer Advisory Service
